FULL TRAVEL ELITE TEAMS
At Elevation Athletics, ELITE teams are reserved for experienced athletes who are ready to push their skills to the next level. Not every athlete who tries out will be offered a spot on one our ELITE teams. The integrity of this program will be protected with the competitiveness & opportunity for success at the forefront of our placements. These athletes must display skill proficiency in all aspects of All Star- stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance. Additionally- the character traits of our ELITE team members are pivotal. Athletes must display the highest standards of work ethic, respect, resilience & drive.

ELITE teams have a year-round (May through May) commitment and will have the highest standard in coaching, apparel, choreography & music. Athletes selected for our Elite teams will participate in local showcase events and travel to 4–7 competitions throughout the season. Travel schedules vary based on age, level, and team budget. Teams that earn a bid will also attend prestigious end-of-season events.

Elite athletes are expected to attend summer camp and all choreography sessions, and to follow our attendance policy guidelines consistently throughout the year.
Full Travel Elite teams will train 2–3 days per week (based on age and level), with occasional weekend practices scheduled in advance. The full season calendar will be released in June. These teams receive full-season custom choreography, elevated music packages, and training opportunities with expert guest coaches.
Choosing to join an Elite team means making it a top priority—this commitment takes precedence over other extracurricular activities.

Our Elite Lite teams are a great option for athletes seeking a competitive experience with a more balanced time and financial commitment. These teams will participate in local showcase events and travel to 3–4 competitions during the season. Travel schedules are determined by age, level, and team budget. Elite Lite teams will not attend end-of-season events, even if a bid is earned.
Elite Lite athletes will have a reduced summer commitment, including a modified camp experience and scaled-down choreography, music, and guest instruction. This approach allows us to keep costs manageable while still delivering a high-quality training environment.
Teams will practice 2 days per week and are expected to uphold a strong level of commitment to the team. While the attendance standards remain strong, Elite Lite offers slightly more flexibility to accommodate other extracurricular activities.
Elite Lite is ideal for athletes looking for the same high-level training as our Elite teams receive with the ability maintain balance with other commitments, less travel and a lesser cost.
