AGILITY & STRENGTH

At Elevation Athletic we offer both general sport and team sport specific agility, strength & conditioning programming for youth athletes. This curriculum is programmed to build athleticism, coordination and strong technique in fundamental body mechanics. Athletes will build strength, stamina, coordination and work ethic in a fun and motivating environment.

General Sports Agility & Strength

$60 per month or $18 per session drop in

(EA athlete team member discount available)

7-11 years old:

Team Sports Agility & Strength

$55 per month, per athlete for monthly sign up

or $15 per athlete per session drop in

We be sport specific and programming will be built for your specific team needs.

Minimum of 12 athletes per team session
